These Conditions regulate the use of the online store www.loleoeventos.com, for which Lóleo Eventos, SLU,(hereinafter, Lóleo) is legally responsible.. By accepting it, the User declares that he/she assumes all his/her obligations. If the User does not agree with the content of this document, he/she must leave this website, not being able to access or dispose of the services offered by it. Likewise, the User expressly and without exception accepts that the access and use of this website, its services and the contents of such services takes place under their sole and exclusive responsibility.

These Terms will be accepted by the parties without reservation, and may be modified at any time and without prior notice, being the responsibility of the User to read them when making a purchase or contract. The conditions in force at the time of conclusion of the contract will be those applicable to you.

 

Applicable regulations

This electronic contract is regulated by Spanish law and, in particular, by the legal regime imposed by Law 34/2002, of 11th July, on Information Society Services and E-Commerce (LSSICE) and by General Law 03/2014, of 27th March, on the Defence of Consumers and Users (LGDCU).  

The electronic contract will not be filed by a third party. It is drawn up in English. These Sales Terms and Conditions may be stored and reproduced at any time by the User who makes a purchase using their internet browser’s options. They must be accepted before proceeding to order payment.

 

Checkout process

Making a purchase on Lóleo is really easy. Just follow these simple steps:

1º.- Select the services you wish to purchase from among those offered by "Lóleo". You will have to add the number of participants, date and time among the options available in the calendar provided for this purpose. If you need more information, do not hesitate to ask us.

2º.- Once you have selected the service/s, selected the date and time you wish to enjoy the cooking class, you must click on the "Reservar" button, which will be included in the "Order Summary" that you will be able to see during the whole contracting process.

3º.- Once the selection is concluded, a summary will appear identifying them. You must fill in the contact information and include the identification data of the people who will participate in the classes and click on the "Continue" button.

4º.- Finally, you must choose the payment method for your purchase from those offered by Lóleo (see next section) and press the "Pay" button. and press the “Pay” button.

5º.- Once the purchase process is complete, we will send you an email detailing your purchase’s information, as well as proof of payment or the invoice. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, or if you notice an error with the data entered, please contact us using any of the following means:

You can also request a paper invoice by contacting us within XNUMX days of purchase. We will send this to your address at no additional cost.

 

Payment Methods

You can pay for your purchases through Credit or debit card.

Payment via credit or debit card is made using the secure payment gateway of Stripe. Via this payment method, Lóleo never collects or handles any customer data related to their card number. All data are processed directly by Stripe, such that Lóleo may always offer optimal security, transparency and confidentiality in the transaction.

 

Prices, taxes, tariffs and duties

Prices are expressed in euros. Lóleo is not obliged to execute services (even if delivery confirmation has been sent) if the error in price is obvious and unequivocal and if it could reasonably have been recognised by the customer as incorrect.

The prices of Lóleo services may vary but (unless established previously) possible changes will not affect orders for which confirmation has already been sent.

The price shown for our services includes VAT.

 

Returns

Due to the nature of the services, this will be considered executed when contracting the service, and therefore the right of withdrawal established in Law 3/2014, of March 27, on the Defence of Consumers and Users, is not applicable.  

Here at Lóleo, we want you to be satisfied with your order. For this reason, you can cancel the purchase up to 3 days before the class date. The refund of the amount paid will be made once the condition of the purchase order has been checked. The refund will be made using the same payment method used to make the purchase and, in any case, it will take place within a maximum of XNUMX calendar days from when the cancellation request is reliably received. info@loleoeventos.com. The refund of the purchase amount will be made once the status of the contract has been verified, through the same means of payment used in the purchase and, in any case, before 14 calendar days have elapsed from receipt of the purchase. cancellation request.

In the event of force majeure, unforeseen technical problems or any other circumstance that prevents Lóleo from holding the event, we will offer an alternative date and time that is suitable for both parties. If it is not possible to find an alternative date that suits you, we will offer a full refund of the amount paid for the cancelled event.
